Juliana Strogan is World Heritage Coordinator for the Rjukan-Notodden Industrial Heritage Site in Norway overseeing site management, strategic development, stakeholder coordination, capacity building, and the implementation of the World Heritage management plan. She holds a MA in World Heritage and Cultural Projects for Development, a MSc in Conservation and Restoration, and has served as Head of the ICOMOS Norway National Scientific Committee for Industrial Heritage since 2023. With over 20 years of experience in conservation and heritage management across Europe, she focuses on integrating sustainable development, risk management and community well-being in World Heritage management processes.
