Mesut Dinler is an Associate Professor at the Interuniversity Department of Regional and Urban Studies and Planning (DIST) at Politecnico di Torino. His research lies at the intersection of cultural heritage and climate change, exploring how heritage can contribute to a sustainable and resilient future, integrating digital tools and data-driven methodologies. He aims to develop heritage-centred approaches to broader social and environmental challenges. He has been actively involved in numerous international research projects and has received fellowships from ICCROM, ICOMOS and FWO.
